All returns must be postmarked within twenty one (21) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
To return an item, please email customer service at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and an email with a return shipping label. After receiving your return shipping label, place the item(s) securely in its original packaging, attach your return label and drop your package at the nearest FedEx shipping location. After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least five (5) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. A refund will be issued solely for the cost of the product.
